1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use HawlerAI (hawlerai.com), a service from Sweden ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

HawlerAI is an AI chat assistant. It answers questions, translates text and helps with writing in many languages. The answers are generated by an AI model from a third party.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens in your account.

4. AI answers can be wrong

AI can make mistakes, and this is especially true for some languages, including Kurdish. Always double-check important information. The service does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for decisions where mistakes could cause harm.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

break the law or the rights of others;
create or share content that is harmful, abusive or hateful, or that sexualises children;
get help with violence, weapons, malware or other serious harm;
try to bypass usage limits, security or payment, or share your account with others;
overload, attack or reverse engineer the service.

The AI provider also has its own usage rules that apply to the content you create. We may limit or stop accounts that break these rules.

6. Subscription, price and usage limits

Some features need a paid subscription. The current price and plan are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment provider. There is a daily limit on the number of messages for each account, to keep the service fair and affordable. We may change prices, plans and limits, and will tell you before a price change affects you.

Your rights under mandatory consumer law, for example rules on cancellation and refunds, are not affected by these terms.

7. Your content

You own the messages you write. You give us the right to store and process them, and to send them to our AI provider, only so that we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for what you write.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your chats at any time.

9. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms. Swedish law applies, and disputes are handled by Swedish courts, without taking away any consumer rights you have in your own country.
